1. Contact Your Provider or CCAH: Ask your healthcare provider or CCAH care coordinator to request a ride with Ready Steady Transportation.
2. Direct Booking: You or your care team can also contact us directly by phone, email, or through our online intake form. We’ll coordinate with CCAH to ensure your ride is covered.
3. Confirmation: Once your ride is scheduled, you’ll receive a confirmation with all the details, and our team will ensure timely pick-up and drop-off.
